My Story
I spent much of my life following the Standard American Diet (SAD), which primarily consists of processed foods that are high in fat, sugar, and refined carbohydrates - while lacking most essential nutrients. Although this approach was convenient, it left me overweight and devoid of vitality. Realizing the importance of nourishing my body, I decided to transform my eating habits by focusing on nutrient-dense, whole foods.
I began my journey by committing to learn as much as I could about healthier eating. I read books, watched documentaries, attended webinars, etc., in order to learn about vegetarianism and veganism. I started incorporating a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds into my meals, enjoying their vibrant flavors. This new diet led to significant changes in my health and well-being: my taste buds adapted, I lost excess weight, gained mental clarity, and saw improvements in my digestion, skin complexion, and overall energy.
Motivated by my personal transformation, I felt compelled to help others achieve similar benefits. Now, as a Certified Plant-Based Coach, I am passionate about empowering others to reclaim their health and vitality through mindful eating. I offer personalized guidance, practical tips, and delicious recipe ideas, helping individuals transition from the Standard American Diet to a more nourishing, plant-centric lifestyle.

I am dedicated to helping individuals adopt and maintain a lifestyle centered around plant-based nutrition through personalized guidance, education, and support. I aim to empower you to make sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle to improve your overall health and well-being.
The focus is on promoting whole, nutrient-rich foods derived from fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds. I work to minimize or eliminate processed and animal-derived products. I will help you set achievable goals, address individual needs and preferences, overcome barriers to success, and celebrate progress along your journey toward better health, vitality, and longevity. I also offer virtual demonstrations to teach you how to prepare delicious and nutritious plant-based meals.
