Meal Planning
One-on-one coaching is the most personalized program offered. Everything we discuss and plan will be tailored to your unique preferences and situation. There are several steps to the process:
One-on-one Coaching
1) During our initial consultation, we'll discuss your goals, preferences, and any challenges regarding a plant-based lifestyle.
2) After the first meeting, we'll schedule 12 weekly one-on-one coaching appointments. In addition to the education and practical skills we'll cover, these regular sessions provide ongoing support and guidance as you navigate your plant-based journey, allowing us to make adjustments and celebrate progress along the way.
3) As the 12 weeks conclude, you'll have gained a comprehensive understanding of plant-based nutrition, meal planning, and food preparation techniques. During the final appointments, we'll focus on equipping you with tools for long-term success, including strategies for social situations, dining out, and staying motivated. You'll leave with meal plan ideas, recipes, and the confidence to maintain your plant-based lifestyle independently.

Discovering quality resources to help you on your plant based journey can be difficult. Part of the Meal Planning process involves introducing you to various resources that will help you create delicious recipes and replace unhealthy options with plant- based alternatives.
When first starting on a plant-based diet, choosing what to eat can be overwhelming. As we work together, I will learn about the foods you currently love and help you create plant-based dishes that satisfy your cravings. We'll plan grocery lists, discuss meal preparation, cooking practices, and much more. With this foundation, you'll be on your way to a successful and healthy lifestyle.
